Hi Barbara, I had surgery but on my ring finger, only once and I myself don't have that problem. But my surgeon told me that this is not uncommon after repeat surgery and specifically at the little finger. Several surgeries create a lot of scarring and that might affect blood circulation. If you have that only in the cold, I would not expect a major problem, just keep hands warm and try to increase circulation. But to br on the safe side, why mot ask your surgeon or GP?
