They aren't exactly lumps. It looks like muscles / tendons but I don't know.

I have been to radiologist who did an ultrasound and found no abnormalities.

Is this normal?

When I look close at it I can see the pulse. If my palm is not fully flexed and extended I can barely see them.

It's difficult to say from the photos. The palm needs a physical examination, palpation, by an experienced hand doctor or physio/ortho, not a radiologist.

Any symptoms, such as pain, tingling, pulling, soreness, etc? Why did you, presumably, google lumps in the hand; are they lumps or swellings or......?
