Xiaflex recurrence?
If you click on the first video that Wolfgang has linked on this page http://www.dupuytren-online.info/dupuytren_collagenase.html and go to the "prior to treatment" link, you will notice the patient who did the YouTube videos is ambivalent about the collagenase injections. Appears the ambivalent post on YouTube (7 months ago) was about two years after the procedure and original video was done.
She isn't clear what the exact problem is. It sounds like a recurrence issue but it could be an extension of the disease in a nearby area. I thought it was interesting because this is the first feedback I've seen on post Xiaflex treatment.

Re: Xiaflex recurrence?
The first use of a collegen enzyme I could find was done more than 10 years ago. The recurrence rate for the people treated was 25% after two years. It will be a couple more years before there is a large enough pool of Xiaflex treated people to provide similar information though I have no idea how anyone would get the information as Auxilium is not likely to provide the data and the FDA is not likely to be of any help either.
