Try this for wrist, hand pain

Try joint flex at wal mart its the best ive used and ive tried them all. Also i ice my wrist and heat it all the time. i also take quite a bit of vitamin c, glucosamine pills. I also do superslow wrist curls with weights. This actually helps quite a bit because it puts new fresh blood in the wrist and hands. I do them in the overhead pulley like doing a pushdown. Just go up and down with your wrist. I have a yahoo group for personal and sport specific training. Its groups.yahoo.com/group/bluegrassfitness

Vit C, Glucosamine, wound healing

Chris, I suggest that you read a few posts about
Dupuytrens and connective tissue disorders as related
to using supplements intended for other conditions.
Dupuytrens (IMO) may not respond to enhanced wound
healing in the way that injuries do. In fact it may
be accelerated because DD/Dc seems to be an over-production
of collagen tissue; Vit. C and Glucosamine are gas on a fire
if that is the case. Summary: one may get worse not better.
So far, no magic bullet exists. Avoiding trauma helps avoid
complications. Good luck.
