Looking for a list of podiatrists in the U.S. who perform collagenase injections
I read on this forum that there are podiatrists around the country who have learned how to perform collagenase injections from Dr. Ed Davis. I was wondering if any of you have access to this list? I have called Dr. Davis's office twice and left a message, and no one has returned my call. I'm in Minnesota and am hoping to find a podiatrist who is closer who can provide this treatment. Any help would be very much appreciated! Thank you!

It's available on the FB group, Ledderhose Disease or plantar fibrosis support group, run by Dr Davis in the files section. Afaict this is the latest version. You could join this group and ask there? https://lookaside.fbsbx.com/file/Ledderh...ExGK5qH4eZycoAs

Re: Looking for a list of podiatrists in the U.S. who perform collagenase injections
I would presume that many podiatrists in the USA can inject Xiaflex. It does not seem very difficult to do. Have you already invesitgated with podiatrists in your vicinity? Another aspect is that trials injecting collagenase into Ledderhose don't seem to have been very promising. Not even the vendor proposes it for Ledderhose, just for Dupuytren's and Peyronie's https://www.xiaflex.com/ . If it would be a versatile treatment, it might be worth a try, but that does not apply to Xiaflex.
According to a large survey of LD patients, radiotherapy seems to be the most promising treatment for Ledderhose disease https://www.dupuytren-online.info/patient_survey.html
