It looks as though Randy missed your question re a list of NA practitioners in the US. Easy to do that on a forum. Wolfgang was leading you in the right direction. Go on http://www.dupuytren-online.info/NA_list_North_America.html
and you will get the full list.
Try using some evening primrose oil to gently massage you hands. The oil will warm with the heat of your hands and does give some relief from pain. It also helps to soak your hands in warm water for a few minutes.
