I would recommend Dr. Crimaldi in Charlotte, NC. He was great and so was the staff. Was very familiar with DD, and the RT protocol/schedule. I have been in remission for 2 years so it doesn't get any better than that.

In Boston, Dr. Thomas Delaney does RT for Dup. I have called his office and may see him. I just had NA without full release. But it's better and a good start. Logical to attack the chords with simple needles and break them if possible. Then move on to more invasive measures if needed, as necessary. My initial plan was
1. NA
2. RT
3. Xiaflex
4. Surgery.

In California...Dr. Tripuraneni at Scripps Hospital in LaJolla. He treated my left hand and left foot in November 2009, have been in remission since then.

Nodules on foot almost gone....Nodules on hand much smaller and softer. There is new nodules on hand, but outside the radiated area.

That's a great result. It seems that so many with surgery and NA keep going back for more. Dr. T sounds good. RT seems worth a try!! But it is little known. That doctor who did my NA claims she never even heard of radiation for Dup.

In agreement with Luba. Dr T. at Scripps treated my left hand and left foot in Feb 2009, and treated my right hand and foot in May 2009. So far. Both Dr. T and his staff are great.
