Update on treatment in Australia - advise on XRT?

I had NA due to finding this great website and found Dr Dilley who does this treatment in Sydney. He was great and I had the procedure 6 months ago, with a huge improvement in straightening my finger, although not as flat as I had initially hoped. I believe the key from my experience is to start treatment as soon as symptoms appear. Unfortunately, although I saw a hand surgeon prior to my finger getting worse (about 3 years ago), he only advised surgery would be required - no mention of other options available at that time.
I'm now reading about the XRT on this site and wondering if anyone in NSW, has experience with this procedure and recommendation on who performs it? It appears this could be a good option to keep my Dupuytrans from returning.
Hope other Aussies on this site can assist, as we unfortunately seem to have minimal options compared to Europe and US regions. Also happy to pass on more information on the NA procedure from my perspective.
