Best of luck! Sounds like a good idea to contact Axillium, especially with a specific contact person. Maybe they will pick up the cost on another round. Won't hurt to try.

I had one injection last fall on left hand in palm and na on right hand a few weeks later with over 50 cuts. The na was so superior in results. We originally thought the Xiaflex had worked but now hand is beginning to draw up again and will propably try na this time in the next few weeks. I am very new to this and had never even heard of the disease before last fall...I thought I had arthritis, I also have nodules in my feet

Sorry you have had to join the Dupuytren's club. None of us want to belong, but we're in it together.
I highly recommend that you wear a night splint. You can feel how it keeps the tissue stretched out. Others have posted that they see benefits of wearing a night splint. Since my hand wants to contract across the palm, I needed to have a custom splint made. Medicare paid for it with no problem since it is to prevent contracture. I got a prescription for the splint from Dr. Denkler who did my NA.
I had NA 3 years ago, RT 4 months later, and NA again last July. I did not have a night splint after the first NA but I did this time. It has made a big difference. I may need to have NA again in another 3-3 years, but maybe it'll not be necessary for 4 or 5 years.
I have pictures of my splint but haven't gotten my daughter to help me post them.
