Re: genesen acupuncture tool
Hi Phil here from the UK-I tried the genesen pointers and over 80 acupuncture treatments-no palpable success.I then turned to Radiotherapy-left hand and thanks to Prof Seegenschmiedt in Essen, Germany,my dups has been stabilised.Very important for me as a professsional musician.I return to Essen later this month to check out the right hand.My view of the Genesen Pointers is that there is no evidence of success for dupuytren`s-if so it would have been published and further my own experience suggests the treatment is not efffective.

Re: genesen acupuncture tool
Hi
I'm an acupuncturist trying to find out more info to treat my mum with a variety of holistic methods including acupuncture. I saw this tool advertised on a site for something like 300 bucks! that's pretty expensive. If I was going the acupressure route I'd suggest that people use their own fingers or if's that's difficult with their DC then something like the eraser end of a pencil. (Something with pressure that's not too sharp).
Did you get information on which points to press on in the body too? Or is it using light/ magnets or something. (I didn't pay too much attention to it outside of the cost as I'll be needling mum myself). Perhaps that's another factor in the effectiveness.
Sorry it didn't work out for you either way.
Best wishes, Anne
