Hi guys,
i have had two surgerys on my small finger in the last four years,it is now as bad as ever.Will it be possible for me to have n\a done over scar tissue.Pic attached.

You don't mention where you live...I would suggest contacting Dr. Charles Eaton (Jupiter, FL) or Dr. Keith Denkler (Larkspur, CA) and sending them the picture and a list of questions... They are both very experienced with NA. Their contact information can be found on the Menu on the left of this page under Needle Aponevrotomy.

I haven't had surgery don't ever want (no contracture) so I don't know the answer. But I wanted to thank you for the pic you sent it made me realize I have another cord forming sideways like yours heading toward my first finger. The nodule is in my palm and the first cord went down from there I just expected one to start going up to my middle finger I never looked to the side. I also have a nodule near the base of the thumb with a cord going to the base of it and on other hand the nodule is on base of thumb and the cord seems to be inside my thumb a tightening (I think it is a cord). So thanks for the pic.
