Re: Risk of Radiation Treatment and other questions

Hi Lucy
Firstly I had high arches and orthodics help to distribute the weight .That same for persons with flat feet. I realized that as I am often in Germany, that the shoes here all seem to have good soft innersoles as apposed to flat type inside the shoe. Have you also checked out "Heel Spur" which is extremely painful. On my left foot, within the arch I had a nodule the size of a pea which caused me problems ,especially if I walked on the foreshore and stepped onto a pebble or small shell. As I previously mentioned I had Rt in 2007 .The nodule has gone and the cord has relaxed and I have no problem at all. The ball on my right foot is relatively soft and gives me no problem at all. I must say that I now only buy Ecco shoes .( I know we are no supposed to give any plugs to advertise.) It sounds that the Ledderhose is active . I would not wait . Remember using the analogy of knocking of weeds in the garden small weeds need only a small hammer but big weeds need a big hammer. Just a point I now take more care of my feet using different balms .I use crèmes with urea and change to products containing eucalyptus oils.
