Update for NA in Australia
Hi, I've only just found this website, which is fantastic, as I'm now aware of NA, whereas I've been stealing myself for needing surgery! As recent as 2 years ago, I saw specialist Hand Surgeon at Royal Nth Shore and asked if there were any alternatives...and he advised NO! I feel like they don't want NA to be known, as it will be the death knell for surgery. Is there any new updates on who performs this in oz? The number on this site for the DR in NSW doesn't answer and the email bounces back from his website...all seems a bit suss. I will try and contact the Melbourne and Brissy Drs, can anyone recommend who is best? Do you need a referral? Look forward to feedback.

Re: Update for NA in Australia
NA won't be "the death knell for surgery". Most hand surgeons don't depend on Dupuytren's for a primary income. Fasciectomies are a necessary procedure for Dupuytren's control.
