I hope you will research NA on various sites before you decide for sure on surgery. There have been some who had reduction by NA for a 90 degree contracture. Surgery sometimes does not completely straighten a bend. Also, there is often scar tissue after surgery that causes contracture. Doesn't hurt to look at websites of various NA practitioners - Dr. Eaton, Dr. Denkler and many others under clinics under NA in the left column.

I totally agree with Flojo...DO consider NA before surgery. You can read my previous post on page1, I had NA for a 90 degree contracture of the PIP joint of small finger where I also had a boutonierre doformity of the DIP joint. My PIP joint went from 90 degrees to approx. 20 degrees... a great improvement since PIP joint are usually corrected by only 50% ... you can always opt for surgery if the NA is not successful...
