hi all, some years ago i had a discomfort in my right hand side, this went on for several months and i went for a scan to see whats up.
doc said my liver was slightly inflamed and slightly fatty. i don't drink.....much, do consume lots of protein though to aid my weight lifting,
my question is , as there is a link between dups and the liver ( or so i understand there to be) could milk thistle be any good cos apparently that is good for the liver ???
may be a million miles off there ,just a thought ,
my dups started shortly after the discomfort in my side also my forearms were so painful, my hands would shake too. and sensitive to cold in my hands arms and feet but just at times.
that was a couple of years ago ,now i have lumps and poss cords in both hands aching feet and lumps in my stomach that at times are sensitive .lumps in arm due to an injury and in my back too . and still only 36.
