Dupuytren's Brace

Has anyone been able to find a brace for a hand that is constricting? I would like to find one to keep my hand straight at night. I am still able to open my hand, and I feel that a brace at night would delay the constricture. I realize that I could probably get a custom prosthesis, but I think a generic one would do - if such a one exists.

Night splint

Your hand & fingers need to keep moving to stay flexible. Keeping the finger straight is therefore only advised at night, i.e. by a night splint. There are many types of night splints available but if you plan to wear it for an extended period of time (which might make sense) it ought to be comfortable. An example of a comfortable generic night splint is shown at the bottom of http://www.dupuytren-online.info/dupuytr...techniques.html.
