This has been going on a month now. My right hand when i go to bed starts to get cold to the point its like ice and stays like this all night and my other hand is warm. Not really sure whats going on if anything. It feels like i have a rubber band around my wrist when its like this. Does anyone else have or had this type of problem?

When my DD was active, by hand ached and felt cold. It happed not only at night but also during the day. It helped if I wore a "wristie". It is kind of like a fingergerless glove, only without fingers. It is made out of fleece and helped a lot. If I over use my hand then I will get those cold symptoms again.
