How to cure Depuytrens

Hello
I developed the condition about 5 years ago and have arrested it completely by doing 2 sets of 50 press ups a day on the flat of my palms. This pushes all my weight on the affected area and keeps the fingers straightened. It's not very scientific but it works.
regards
George

It's been suggested that while Lederhose is the same condition, the foot never contracts because of the constant pressure on it.

I have been informed that the actual contraction can be arrested by using a splint but the cords and lumps still develop.
