People can now call or go online to Xiafex , to get a copayment card. 1-877-942-3539.They may help $ 1,2000. Also they may give you a 2nd phone #, for a 2nd , company to help. Health Well Foundation to , help with the amount left over, call 1-800-675-8416. It's a grant to help low income people. Call and check it out, It's free.

I have had six palmar fasciectomies and Xiaflex treatment on both hands with insurance and with Medicare. Medicare does cover DD treatment although I had a balance after surgery of about $1,000. Just had what I hope is my last PF in May. Xiaflex is not experimental, I fought that fight with an insurance company and won, because it is an FDA approved treatment as are surgeries. Good luck.
