over charging doctors

I've been reading about all of you talking about the prices of na and to start with for a procedure that takes less than 30 minutes they are charging way to much. I have six fingers involved and if all fingers go down and each finger runs about $1,000 that would run me about $6,000 and then you have to worry it will reactivate. Plus office visit and if insurance don't pay. PLEASE DOCTORS GIVE US A BREAK WE JUST WANT OUR HANDS FIXED!

Re: over charging doctors

If you go through your insurance, the charge should be for PER HAND, not PER FINGER. Some providers do charge per finger, while others charge per hand.

Re: over charging doctors

I would love to have radiation but my insurance will not pay and no one in my area does this so its very expensive. And i would love to find one of those doctors close to where i am. I didn't know doctors did it by hand. And i have never got a straight answer out of any doctors office on rather your fingers have to be contracted before you do na. I live in Kansas City Missouri and so far the closest doctor to me is in Illinois. His name is Dr. Mahoney. He changes $975 per finger. Thank you for the info about per hand.
