hi i have pain in forearms too and in tricep. lumps in both hands.

hi my pains are on and off sometimes hurts my forearm when i grip a cup ,also have a small lump in forearm at top, have hap lumps in hands for aprox 2 half years now. live in new forest. 35yrs old. dad had same in both hands too . bit worried as to how this progresses cant ask parents about dads as they have both passed away. am worried as i dont want to have time off work but wont be able to do my job if it gets bad as i work as a brick layer.
