Splints
Somewhere I saw a picture of a "splint" that looked unlike any other I've seen. It slipped onto the finger, completely enclosing it but that's all there was. Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?
Has anyone had a good experience with the FixxGlove?
Thanks, Diane

Re: Splints
I can't answer your question, but did you see the picture of my splints on the other thread?

Yes, and I even commented on them especially your *hot* tip about using your thumb to turn pages in the e-reader.

Re: Splints
Maybe that one http://www.dupuytren-online.info/NA_side_effects.html?
I liked the fixxglove, specifically the textile, non-leather version because it is washable. And I found the metal inlay on the palm side a little more comfortable.

Yes, that is the picture. Thanks, much. Do you wear fixxglove during day, night, both? How restricting is it?

Re: Splints
Only during the night. Your joints need to move during the day, otherwise they will become stiff. Of ourse the glove is restricting when to want to grab or touch something but when sleeping, I did not notice it. It's comfortable to wear, a pic is at the bottom of http://www.dupuytren-online.info/dupuytr...techniques.html.
