unusual case - no local doctor knows what to do

I am a teenage girl with Dupuytren's and Ledderhose's. I've had both for several years. It's moving kind of slowly in my hands, but in my feet (Ledderhose's) it's pretty fast. Both areas are obviously progressing, though.

Anyway, no doctor that I've gone to has experience with Dupuytren's, and obviously they've never seen it in a teenage girl. Is there a specialist somewhere that would know how to handle this?

Any information at all is helpful. I would really like to know how to deal with this , since I play the piano and will soon go off to college and need to be able to hand-write well (my middle fingers are the most affected).

Thank you so much for your time!
