Weird but practical question!
My left hand has very deep pits and skin is pulled over the areas where it's pitted. The right hand is similar but not quite as bad. So my problem is getting my hand really clean. After working in the yard the other day, I realized how much dirt remained deep inside the pits even after showering, washing my hands in the sink and soaking them. How do you all handle this?

Re: Weird but practical question!
I discovered a very good tool for this. It is called the "Showerfloss" and it can be bought from several places (Amazon) on the internet for about $30. My dentist recommended it for teeth flossing and it works great. It is very easy to hook up to most showers. I noticed that a side benefit is cleaning under fingernails while showering. It works great.
