Sorry for the delay in posts!
6 days later hand is doing well. Still some swelling & tenderness. Tenderness is centered where the large cord used to be & the tissue where the Xiaflex was injected. Wearing the splint at night causes some decent pain for a while which wears off as the finger gets used to being straight. Mornings can be tough as the finger is very tight & doesn't want to bend. Fully flexing the hand (and finger) causes some pain at the cord site.
All in all, I'm happy as I have a fairly straight finger. I hope the swelling continues to go down, but there was a very large nodule at the lowest part of my finger & the residual scar tissue from my earlier surgery continues to hamper full straightening (at least that's what seems to be happening...)
I'm back to doing most anything I did before, but the tenderness gets my attention at times & reminds me to be careful using the hand.

Have you tried placing your hand in the morning in a basin filled with warm water?. Just fill you bathroom sink with warm water and place your hand in it and gently stretch it inside the bottom of the sink....just an idea
