Help in Mexico City!
Hello, I'm in Mexico City and was diagnozed DD by an Orthopedist, I have 2 questions: 1.- is the Othopedist the right physician to look at DD? 2.- Can you reccommend a DD specialist in Mexico City? thanks! Eric

In the UK and US, also Europe as examples, there are specialist doctors who work on hands, arms and shoulders, and within that speciality a sub category of those who specialise further on hands and wrists including DD. Hence since I live in the UK I would not go to an orthopaedic doctor for DD, but the medical categories may be different in Mexico. Even so you need a doctor with extensive experience treating DD patients using NA, Xiaflex, various types of surgery, and hopefully one who at least has heard about RT.
Since you've had no answer here, try the Dupuytren's Contracture Group on Facebook.
