Ice cold hand at night

It has been 5 years since RT and in the last year i have noticed that my right hand keeps waking me up during the night because it feels like a block of ice. I have tried many things to keep it warm but nothing helps. Does anyone have this problem? And if so what is causing it? Dupuytren's is still in remission. I think!

Your cold hand could be caused by lack/slowing of blood circulation. Check your position when you wake up and realize your hand is cold. A bent elbow, wrist or sleeping up on the shoulder all could restrict the flow of blood. ?? I'm plagued with cold hands and feet, I'm tall and have low blood pressure.
