Yes, SUPPOSEDLY he does. Too bad he won't treat anyone outside of Canada. I have email from him stating that.

I just sent yesterday and received a reply from Dr. Binhammer in Toronto. needle aponevrotomy
Has anyone had any experience with Dr. Eaton who is supposed to be the only physician licensed to perform the procedure in the USA? I am interested in the long-term effect of the procedure. Also, whether the procedure has negative side-effects.

Canada Na for DC
Canadian law does not permit non-citizens medical treatment unless it is an emergency while you are visiting Canada, so NA is out in Canada for non-citizens. Forget it. To available information,they have one lady physician that does the Needle Aproneurotomy for Dupuytren's.
