Yikes
When I thought the website was down I went to my handy dandy backup CD to find I had only backed up the 'List Topics' and a the program to get you into each one - not the information that is in each topic.
So....shall we start again? There is a lot of good info here and it would be a shame to loose it all.

Give this a try and let me know
I emailed this page to myself, opened it, clicked 'File' then 'Save As', gave it a name under 'File Name' then pressed 'Save. After that I unplugged myself from the net, rebooted my computer without internet connection and voila, the info was there under My document on the C drive.
I tried saving it directly to my CD (D drive) but it would not let me.
Please give this a try and let me know if it works for you.
Thanks Frances

Saving the whole forum
Hi all,
If I were to do it under XP, I wouild start at the forum topic list page that lists all the threads of topics. Then I would click on 'Favorites -> Add to favorites.
On the Add dialog box, check the small checkbox that says 'Make available offline'.
On the offline dialog box that sets it up, select "yes" to the question of saving the links on the page, then select 1 level deep (because each link only goes to one topic, no deeper links need to be saved).
Then somewhere in the bowels of your filesystem (usually C:\documents and settings\username\Favorites) you should find the whole thing.
Anyone want to test my method (my hd is full)?
Cheers, Bob
