Hurricane Francis
Let's all hope that Hurricane Francis does not blow into Jupitor. I emailed the Hand Center wishing them well in this storm. Hopefully it will land in an uninhabitated area, if any are left in Florida

Huricane Frances
as Hurricane Frances nears the central Bahamas, the latest projections are in this morning (As of 5AM Thurs) and the tracks shifted left, bringing the landfall point closer to Jupiter Inlet than Vero Beach, but still up through Central Florida into near Orlando... basically up the Florida's Turnpike.
The Hurricane watch was extended southward to include parts of the Upper keys and remains up north through Flagler Beach in Flager County.
Hang in there Dr. Eaton!

Dr Eatonaffected by Frances
I have an appointment Friday 9/10 for NA. But I haven't been able to reach Dr. Eaton's office & his answering service can't reach him either. I live in Miami, so cancelling the "trip" is not a big deal.
If anyone has an idea of his status, please post!

That is sure a worry. I have been wondering how his office weathered the storm. I have an appointment with him in February. Please post here if you find out anything. Hope everyone is safe and the office is one piece.

Dr. Eaton
I just got an email from Teri. She wrote:
"Thank you for your concern. Obviously, by now, you know we got hit. We aren't seeing patients at this time, just trying to pick up and all. We are all safe, and that's what matters. We don't all have electricity yet or potable water but we're muddling through !"

Mickey in Dr. Eaton's office just called me. They have been out of contact for a few days (understandably), but are seeing me (& other patients) as scheduled Friday 9/10.
