Kenacort Injections
I have been advised by a hand surgeon to have kenacort A-40 injections for Dupuytrens. Has anyone had any experience with this type of treatment?

Kenalog/Kenacort
Assumming that Kenacort is the same as Kenalog, I've tried it. It did seem to shrink my nodule (as a guess maybe 25-30%) and soften it some, but it didn't have any noticeable effect on my cord. Since then (about a year ago), the nodule has hardened again. It's impossible to say whether it slowed the Dup's growth from what it would have been w/o injections.
So over all, the effect on my Dup's was modest. But it is pretty cheap, and the pain is minor, so I'd say it's worth a shot.
