Dupuytren's has almost no relationship to the tendon.

Hey I'm having the same problem as you but mine came from getting stabbed when I was 19 which was ten years ago.I had surgery but it didn't help especially the therapy. Now I'm without medical coverage and it's been hard for me to work with the constant pain. It's been very overwhelming for me. I cannot extend my pinky which looks so similar to your picture. After years of having this problem its been effecting my daily activity. It's good to know I'm not alone.
