Stretching and massage?

I know I've read that massage and stretching are a No-No for dupytrens, but how about for letdderhose?

Re: Stretching and massage?

Well gentle massage and stretching have been reported several times as helping with DD and even in at least one case reversing contracture. They are not trial reports but we have a couple of experiences and threads here if you follow the links including reports on PubMed https://www.dupuytren-online.info/Forum_...84&page=1#3 The UK therapist has more info here https://www.ealingmassagetherapy.co.uk/d...ens-contracture I myself do massage the hands gently when they hurt like cramps.

I don't know how this might translate to LD.

Re: Stretching and massage?

I totally agree … leave the nodes alone. Message can be interpreted as initial response thru disturbing nodes and Reactivating the disease. Dealing with DC and LD for 30 years.
