Since I understand that you already have some cords with minimal contracture, I would suggest having NA to release any contracture you have. If you decide, have RT after NA. When I was at the point you are but age 69, I didn't know what to do first and decided on NA first. Dr. T, my radiologist, said that was the right order. You want your hand be able to lie as flat as possible for RT and NA releases the contracture. It is my understanding that while it is effective on nodules and might stop cords from continuing, RT does not help existing cords. I felt a little lessening of the tightness after RT, I think it was the nodules that loosened up.
