The FDA unanimously approved Xiaflex today. It should be on market in about 60 days. I pray it works well.

I am female, in my 60's and have been aware of my Dupuytren's for more than 10 years; I have had surgery on both hands and the left hand especially is now worse than it was prior to the surgery. I am anxiously awaiting the release of Xiaflex. An injection seems a lot more palatable than going through surgery again. I was warned it would come back.
