American in Hamburg - RT now complete!
Hi,
I have just returned from the second series of RT in Hamburg, Germany. Good news! Prof. Seegenschmiedt says that there is no further progression of the disease since the first series of treatments 5 months ago. (Yes, I waited 5 months between sessions, which apparently is no problem). Today my hand is a little red and the skin is still a bit rough/leathery from the radiation, but the nodules and cords seem less palpable than before I began the treatments, and I have no pain at all!
Since returning, I have written two posts on my blog containing photos and information about my treatment experiences in Hamburg:

If you are considering getting RT in Germany, you may find useful information here.
Wishing you all the best, Peacefulbird Washington state, USA right hand DD, onset Oct. 2015, RT 2016 left hand DD, early stage, no treatment yet

Glad to hear your news Peacefulbird. Let's hope you continue some modest improvement but most important the progression stays halted. Thanks for sharing your experiences.
