finding custom splint on website?
hi just took off my bandage after na procedure performed by the lovely dr.denkler in larkspur for my little finger had been 60 degree of bend ....pretty darn straight now. HURRAH!! anyway, saw the pic of the splint on what looks to be the site when i search for splints... i want a single finger splint, not the gloves, and that one looks perfect.. does anyone know where i can get one? onward, pp

It is a delight to go to Dr. Denkler. He is the greatest person and doctor! Larkspur is a delightful little town, too. Glad it worked so well for you.
I got a prescription for one from Dr. Denkler and made an appointment at a local prothetics office that I found in the yellow pages. They are well trained to be able to work there. He did a great job. Mine is a whole hand night splint, but they design one for your hand. It is helpful to be able to go back for adjustments. I did have adjustments twice already. Insurance/Medicare pays for it if it is to prevent contracture.
