Re: How is contracture measured?

Hi, thanks for checking. However, my problem relates more to radiotherapy than the surgery. When contacture is more than 10 degrees, then radiotherapy is less likely to be successful.

I can lay my hand flat with no problems, but I'm hypermobile and can flex my good fingers backwards by 20 degrees. My bad hand only bends back by 10 degrees. So, I've lost 10 degrees of mobility, but I can still lie my hand flat.

I don't know where that puts me on the suitability scale for radiotherapy.
