Maybe the area of the hand makes a difference about the pain. My cords were in my palm with one running partly up into my thumb. I'm thinking the fleshy palm would not likely be as painful as a finger.

Others' thoughts?

Two of my cords, of which I have three, are located in my palm - one to my ring finger and the other one to my middle finger. The third one is along the pinky side of my ring finger. I KNOW that one is gonna hurt like a sonnovobitch. But, it will be only a few seconds of pain. That's the good news. ~Diane (she said hopefully......)

And, I forgot to mention the large nodule on my ring finger PIP. That's gonna suck, too. ..... sigh ~Diane
