I have had dupuytren for several years. I just found this form. I had surgery a few years ago (injection and then my finger straightened) but it is back. I also have it in my feet. At this point I still work and it's not painful but it is becoming harder to type and do some things I used to do. I also have pain in my shoulders but I don't know if its related. Does anyone have this?

Has anyone tried acupuncture for this?

People have reported that acupuncture helps some with pain, but none with progression or contracture.

I have had Xiaflex treatment twice on my hand - about 2.5 years apart. I am an acupuncturist and I don't think that is a viable treatment option to straighten your contractures or deal with the cord.
I have read that in the early stages it may be possible to massage a mixture of DMSO, Lugol's iodine and magnesium oil. One your fingers are curled I don't think that is possible. I'm not even sure if it is possible in early stages.
