Re: Piano player here: Help!
Great article about NA in today's New York Times. The link is: http://www.nytimes.com/2007/07/24/health...Tw0PcIUClkmXUEA If you cannot get there, go to New York Times website, today's date, Science section and click on article on "Straightening Bent Fingers".
I am a piano player too and was also hampered by poor range of stretch on my left hand. Had problems doing an octave. Had NA last January, got my pinky straightened from 40 degrees to almost zero. Can now do an octave. I find that my hand is straightest in the morning when I get up. Also my knuckles on the PIP joints near the area where the NA was performed became quite sore after NA and still are. Anybody had similar experiences? Donald
