What stage is your DD?

Many in this group would suggest to go to someone with many NA procedures behind them.

It should only be a day's drive from Seattle, right?

As I stated in my original post......Because I am not a Canadian citizen I cannot have the procedure done in Vancouver BC.

Even though its more miles, why not fly from seattle to san francisco and go to Dr. Denkler in Larkspur. Its about 45 min from SF airport which beats a 7 hour drive. Email him your pics. He will do follow up by email too.

Well, it could be that a flight from SEA to SFO might cost less since there are more flights.

Not if you get stuck on the plane because of some delay and have to sit at the gate for three hours as has happened to me 30% of the time. With parking, getting there early for security, the general hassle, I'd prefer to drive if it's under 5 or so hours. I'm not sure of the equipment flying to Boise, is it a slower commuter?
