Work-related Dupuytren~sq~s Disease
My father is sixty years old and was recently diagnosed with Dupytren's Disease after he realised his hands contracting and stiffening. For the last ten year's he has worked in factory that involved pulling long threads of material all day every day. The doctors are telling him that this has nothing to do with it and that it is simply genetic disorder. Is there any evidence of work-related Dupuytren's Disease caused by repetative actions. Thank You ALex Melbourne Australia
