Injury/ dups

OK... Now, I have had several injuries to my hands now.. Murphys Law.
The first was three trigger fingers, and the last one, left me with a cord in my palm.
Now, that was alright for a bit, until I got a puncture wound from a nai ontop of my left hand, where I have the cord. I had surgery, because, there was debree left in the hand. Oh, low and behold, I now have no feeling in that area, and , best yet, my cord has now turned to having a big nodule in the middle of the hand. Then, as I have horses, I went out and knocked that same finger against somthing, and the whole finger swelled up, and the nodule got even bigger, and , then, I could not even straighten my finger out.
Now, I am a firm beliver, that injury to the hand, just gets this thing in motion, and gets it on a roll. I have seen too many people in here, that have had tigger finger, and carple tunnel. But, this last injury of just slapping my hand down on a surface, and it causing such damage to my finger, and then the result of just the next morning of a nodule next to my cord, tells me, that, I just have it, and there is nothing I can do about it, and also, injury to the hand just makes it's progress faster. It seems to get the whole thing going Each injury I have, seems to get the Dups, going more, and more full blast.
You know, I could give up what I do, as raising horses, but, I am not going to do that. But, I find it harder and harder, to use my hands.
Anyway, I have found, with each injury to my hands, my Dups get Worse. It aggravates it so much.

Hope this helps with any resurch....Randy

I agree, Patty... Even driving for a long time, say 2 hrs. can irritate palms... They seem to become inflammed. I have noticed this with gardening...pulling weeds...holding the water hose too tightly.
I had the N.A May for all of you new comers.. I am not sorry, but, even on Dr. Eaton's website. www.handcenter.org. Dr. Eaton mentions not to overdue excersizing hands....Why do you suppose the blood flow going to fingers and palms irritates this problem?
Just my opinion on blood flow here.....
