Dupuytren~sq~s: new developments after surgery

I have had surgery on both my hands due to having my fingers curl inwards... I now am developing a lump on the middle section of my right index finger, a smaller lump between the thumb and index finger on the palm of my hand, an itchiness and tightness in the thumb area of the palm of my hand. My right foot also has developed a lumb below the right big toe and my foot hurts when I walk.
I do swimming, try and walk and stretch my hands, and need to know if there is any exercises I should do to prevent what I fear is the start of something.. I have found surgery very traumatic and time consuming.
