Listed below is the infamous "Forum List" of NA coconspirators :-) In CA you have two: Keith Denkler, M.D. (FT) and Prosper Benhaim, M.D.

Of the two, Dr. Keith is the most experienced and is turning out to be quite an NA advocate. Dr. Benhaim may be adequately qualified as well, but we don't get reports here from people who have been seen by him so we don't know too much about him. If you don't want to fly up North, consult with Dr. Benhaim and see what you think. The MCP is much easier to correct than a PIP. If it's an MCP, well perhaps a drive on the 405 will do just fine.

*(N.A. is a minimally invasive outpatient procedure for Dupuytrens which effectively breaks the cords which cause contraction of the fingers, thereby releasing them. The procedure has been available in France for many years with an excellent safety record and was introduced in the U.S. in 2003 by Dr. Charles Eaton. Since then a number of other doctors have begun offering N.A. to their patients as an alternative to open hand surgery.
