disability

I was pretty sure I would be denied disability but it went through after three monhs and an exam from the the sociality security people. I was quite humiliated at first but it worked out. I would rather have my health but the money helps.Good Luck! Lin

Disability

I googled 'Dupuytren's Contracture' with 'Court decision' and found info on disability claims for DC.

Disability

I finally received a disability payment in Feb 2005, after applying in March 2004, and June 2004. (The March application got lost.) Now, I'm just waiting for Medicare to kick in, then I plan on having some hand surgeries.

I actually applied with FOUR disabilities, but I think it was the DuPuytren's that "qualified" me. If anyone wants to chat more "one-on-one", email me.

Thanks,
Bret
