Dupuytren~sq~s vs. Dystonia vs Fascia Injuy

I can't help but find a simularity with Dupuytren's and Dystonia. I am stuck in between both. Read my history and tell me which one you think i have.

I have grip weakness in my ring and pinky for two years. I think it may have been triggered by repetitive stain injury from using hand to much at work and being a rock climber. My symptoms started with numbness in ring and middle finger that soom resolved, but a few weeks after that, i woke up one morning and my grip stenght was compromised on ulna side. Mostly when i grasp with a pinching motion. Since then (two years later) I have developed a slight cup shape in my palm - Most noticeable when I relax both hands on a flat surface and compare. The ulnar side of the dorsom of hand has slight drooping posture. There is slight claw in pinky finger. Nuckles of ring and pinky are down a bit and hard to retropulse ring finger ( hard to get nuckle to raise up).

I thought i had a ulnar nerve problem, but EMG show nerves okay.

Strange : 1 year ago i noticed that ring and pinky were tighter to extend that other digits. Plus, when I held the ring finger in fully flexed position, I could only extend the pinky finger half way. It seemed like something was stuck in my hand. I worked on steching the pinky in a more extended position for some time. I noticed that something was sticking in the two inches below the ring at palm. finally one day while steching, the pinky broke free and I can extend it normally. There was slight swelling at ring/palm location.

Its funny because I could extend the pinky along with other fingers, but when I isolated the the ring finger in a fully flexed position, the pinky was stuck.

Im thinking that I fascia damage in the palm. I don't know if this could be dupuytren's, but a orthopod is sending me to see a neurolgist that treats dystonia with botox injections. As I mentioned, my grip is weak. I would not want to comprimise the fingers more by making them weaker with botox.

I my case, the hand posture developed slowly, but I a sure that it was triggered by repetitive strain injury. Has anybody heard of a connection with (RSI and Dupuytren's). It would seem that the fascia could be injured and produce the same symptoms as Dupuytren's.
