Bob, there wer some interesting reads. I specifically like the paper on elevated levels of beta-catenin (maybe because it was the full article).
I think pubmed (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi), medline are also good resources. The (German) medpilot.de lists about 3000 entries if you search for "Dupuytren" (though there are multiple listings included).
If you are looking for new ideas on therapies, you might also search for 5-fluorouracil. It's still quite experimental but seems to be able to stop the nodule's growth. Yet a long way to become a therapy.
