Success stories?
I am a 35 year old (woman) with Ledderhose, no Dupuytran's symptoms. A podiatrist suggested that I look into the transdermal verapamil from PDL labs. Has anyone had successes with this or the topical version? I've had this for about 15 years but am getting to the point where the mass has taken over my whole arch and I don't want surgery. Any input would be much appreciated.

Same experience
I tried it for Peyronie's for several months. It did nothing. I've never heard a single credible report of success. My impression is that if it's not a total scam, it's something darn close.

Same experience
I tried Topical verapimil for peyronies and for my hands. Nothing happened. At $350 for a small jar, I think I was scammed too.

Plantarfibromatosis
I used a full jar of Verapamil without noticable effect. I am hoping to try the Dornier ESWT off label.

Plantar Fibromatosis
I've tried Verapamil and cold laser without apparent success. I recently visited an orthopedic surgeon who has the Dornier ESWT machine. His only recommendation is surgery that will remove much of the fascia.

Of course that is what he would say.
There are less than 10 hand surgeons in the US that will recommend anything else. That's one of the main problems of having this disease when a proven entry level noninvasive approach is also available.

ledderhose
Tolucca, personally I would not go to a hand surgeon for a problem with my foot. I'd love to hear of your experiences with NA & Ledderhose's.

shock waves
Joe, did you ever try the Dornier EWST? Though I have heard of a case where shock waves helped with Ledderhose, the general perception is that shock wave therapy is painful and does not help.
